....is it just me,or do many of my favourite artists only initially release three really good albums and then dry up artistically ? groops that come to mind being :: the cure , wire ,killing joke, elvis costello,comsat angels, echo and the bunneymen,cheap trick and peter gabriel.
....i know there are some exceptions that albums 2 through 4 were the high water marks. groops that come to mind being::simple minds and siouxee and the banshees.
....help me out here with more artists to prove or dis-prove my theory.
