...i was in zulu today and they were playing music over the soundsystem as per usual. i was actually there looking for the broken social scene "you forgot it in people",but that is another story and source of frustration. listening as i was leafing through the cds,on came the somewhat familiar sounds of what i took to be mercury rev. at least at first i thought that was what it was,then i was leaning more towards some possibly recently un-earthed early flaming lips,but no. what it turned out to be was the polyphonic spree "the beginning stages of...".go to the website and enjoy,then buy this disc. you won't be dissapointed.
